Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to The Last Taste of Summer Craft Beer Festival, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury, Ticket holder also waives all claims against the event sponsors, the Town of Greenwich and the Department of Parks & Recreation, Live Green Connecticut, Conscious Decisions, the SBWEventsGroup, The Sound Magazine, the ticket producer, vendors and exhibitors and/or participants and attendees; regardless of whether such claims arise from the negligence of any of the said parties.
- No Glass, Alcohol, Drugs, Food, Coolers, Explosives or Weapons of any kind are permitted.
- No animals, with the exception of service animals, which must be registered in advance of the festival.
- Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion.
- No Ticket Refunds or Exchanges.
- Those caught with prohibited items will be escorted from the festival grounds and will not be permitted re-entry.
