Captain Mike’s passion for the ocean evolved into a business after friends asked if he could catch, cook and prepare lobster for them. Realizing the void in fresh, local lobster, Captain Mike purchased a truck in 2012 and began rolling, literally. With the help of close friend and food connoisseur, Trond Fletcher, the LobsterCraft truck quickly gained a crowd of hungry patrons who follow the truck around Connecticut.
This is Melt Mobile, a modern approach to everyone's favorite comfort food, grilled cheese. Melt Mobile has taken an American classic and adapted it for how people are eating today; from scratch, creative, comforting sandwiches infused with originality, sustainability, and quality ingredients at its core. This isn't your ordinary food truck. We're a gourmet grilled cheese truck specializing in creative, comforting sandwiches made with local artisanal breads, imported and local cheeses, and the highest quality fresh, organic meats and produce.
Wendy’s sells only premium Sabrette’s skinless dogs. On an average week she cooks up out about 600 of them.Om her busy summer season it’s not uncommon to see a line of people waiting to take their favorite Wendy’s lunch to go.
Some of her best sellers are The Joey, with mustard, kraut and pickles, The Sophie with cheese, bacon, ketchup and mustard, and the Eli Manning with chili and cheese.
